Mihyun Han
- OWNER CHEF -
Ms. Mihyun Han is a culinary chef, entrepreneur, and consultant based in New York City.  At Don’s Bogam, as the General Manager, she accomplished her goal by turning Don’s Bogam to a prominent, distinguished Korean restaurant. She opened KOSAKA with the renowned Sushi Master Yoshihiko Kousaka a few years ago.
Woong Jang
- EXECUTIVE CHEF -
Woong Jang is a culinary chef from New York. 
He went to Culinary Institute of America and worked in Hudson valley region to work with local ingredients and learned the flavors of farm to table American cuisine.  Woong was a head chef at the Tuthill House at the Mill restaurant located in the Hudson Whiskey distillery.
Daniel No
- SOUS CHEF -
Chef Daniel No graduated from Culinary Institute of America. After graduating, he continued to pursue his passion and love of food by working in Michelin Starred restaurants, learning from the best and studying both old and modern cuisines of different styles.
Lauren Kim
- PASTRY CHEF -
Lauren Kim is the Pastry Chef at Kosaka. Lauren left the corporate life to pursue her passion for pastry making. Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Paris, France, and went on to complete her internship at the world renowned Pierre Herme.
Ahram Song
- PASTRY CHEF -
Ahram Song is a Culinary Institute of America graduate, culinary artist who specializes in the fields of baking and pastry, cake decoration and design, and the delicate craft of sugar flower art.
